Ever Last Fitness


Did you notice that some people don't get fat so much? No matter how much they eat, or how long time they site without doing anything!
Did you notice that fat people stop in weight and they don't get any fatter??
This is because everyone has a limit of weight and he can't get more than that.
There are a lot of effectives for everyone to define our weight limits, but the Metabolism is the most important.



Simply Metabolism is the process of making food to energy. If the average of metabolism is low, that means the food (the grease) is stacked in your body, in another word, you get fatter. This is why there are a lot of fat people out there. They don't burn all those grease.

And the opposite is correct. It means if you could burn the grease in your body you will be thinner. That's why people keep running everywhere and do all those exercises, to get thinner.
So the key is to keep the average of metabolism high. There are a lot of ways to do this, but I will give you some ways to make it without a diet or any exercises.


First Way:
Eat very well breakfast. It's very important to eat good breakfast, because if you don’t the part of hunger will get alerted and it will think that you are starving, so it lows the average of metabolism (that's why you feel weakness), not only this it will gives orders to make you stack the food from what you will eat later.
So when you eat your breakfast the opposite will happens to you, so you will feel energetic and so active, that means your brain will feel safe and orders your body to burns a lot of stacked grease to give you the energy you need.

Second Way:
It's important to know when the average of metabolism gets high or low during the day.
Having good breakfast is not enough to make the brain feels safe about the hunger matter, you need to know that during the day time the body is ready to burn more grease than the night. So it's very important that you have to stop eating foods with much grease during the night, just a light dinner will be fine. Remember not a lot of food during the night.
In the morning you are ready to burn more grease to use it for your activities. But in the night you're so tired to do this.

Third Way:
There are a lot of foods and drinks that raise the average of metabolism.
It would be a good thing if you search about what foods and drinks raise the average of metabolism. But I will tell you about some of them. So coffee, green tea, and Red chili are good for raising the average of metabolism.

They found out that people who are drinking coffee can burn the grease 16% more than the people who don't drink.
Also green tea makes the intestines suck the food and throw the unwanted food.
Just look at Indian's fitness and you will know the effect of the Red chili, eating it is like walking for 80 minutes every day.

Fourth Way:
I would advise you to eat less food with Carbohydrate and starchy, and eat more food with proteins and grease.
The body burns Carbohydrate and starchy faster than proteins and grease, so when your body burns Carbohydrate and starchy he will have enough energy so he stack the proteins and grease (unneeded). That's why you have to eat proteins and grease more than Carbohydrate and starchy.


Finally I'd like to day that I try some of those ideas, actually I eat a lot, maybe more than what two people can eat every day, and i don 't get fatter, so when my friends asked me about this I wrote this, and I hope you like it.
You can see that I didn't say anything about eating less or do a lot of exercises, isn't it great!?
